Pre-Novitiate July Recollection

Yesterday, July 23, the Pre-Novices had their first recollection, together with Rev. Fr. Augustine "Austin" Cadiz from the Order of St. Benedict.

The recollection circled around the theme, "Monastic Vocation: Its Joys and Challenges".

During the recollection, Father Austin emphasized the thought, "We have to make time for God everyday."

He also challenged the Pre-Novices to make God "the center of our life" and also to "Seek God above all else" (from St. Benedict).
