It was a dream finally realized.
Yesterday, the 25th of June, Seminarians and friars attended the blessing of the Capilla de Santa Rita de Cascia and Colegio San Agustin - Bulacan.
The blessing was presided by Most. Rev. Jose Oliveros, D.D. of the Diocese of Malolos and was concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Peter Casiño, OSA and other Augustinian friars from the Augustinian Vicariate of the Orient, Augustinian Province of Santo Niño de Cebu - Philippines and the Augustinian Province of Our Lady of Good Counsel (Australia).
In his homily, Bishop Oliveros stressed out to the future students and personnel of CSA Bulacan to develop themselves "into a family of love and a family that encourages everyone to know Christ better".
The blessing of the San Agustin Building of the school followed immediately after the mass. After this, lunch was served to all of the guests of the event.
It was in this luncheon that the pioneers of the school were introduced - the first 10 students who enrolled at CSA Bulacan, and the first 4 teachers of the school, with one of them being the summa cum laude of the University of the Philippines - Diliman for the course, Bachelor in Elementary Education.
